    • I-8 Adam Grant Tombow, born in 1853 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, married Sarah Oberdorf/Obendorf on 19 October 1876 in Stark County, Ohio, according to County Marriage Records. (Adam's brother, Nathaniel Tombow, married Mary Ann Obendorf, daughter of Jacob and Mary Shaub Obendorf, of Stark County, Ohio. Obendorf and Oberdorf may be variant spellings of the same name.)

      Sarah Oberdorf (spelling used in Shirley Hern's data) was born 23 March 1862 in Ohio, the daughter of Jacob Oberdorf and Mary Shaub.

      Adam Grant Tombow died 2l June 1897 in DeKalb Co., IN. He is buried in E Greenville (Ohio) Cemetery. Sarah Oberdorf Tombow married a second time on 6 November 1898 in DeKalb, IN to Joseph Saylor, son of William Saylor and Mary J. Stiltz. There were no children of this union. Sarah Oberdorf Tombow Saylor died 30 April 1923 in DeKalb Co., IN. She is buried in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, between Butler and Auburn, IN.

      Adam Grant Tombow and Sarah Oberdorf had one child:

      I-8-l Nellie Mae Tombow, born 20 April 1877, Tuscarawas Township, Stark County, Ohio. She married on 18 December 1898 in DeKalb County, IN to Adrian Osrow Miller, born July, 1877, in DeKalb County, IN, the son of John E. Miller and Barbara Anna Whitcomb. Adrian died in Fort Wayne, IN. The date of his death is unknown. Nellie May Tombow Miller died 8 June 1940 in Auburn, DeKalb Co., IN.

      Nellie May Tombow and Adrian Osrow Miller had three children:

IN; married 18 June 1918 in Auburn, DeKalb Co., IN to Minnie Marie Bishop, born 6 January 1900 in Auburn, IN, the daughter of Arthur Wescott Bishop and Fredericke Louise Emme. Milan Orville Miler was a mechanic. He died in 195l in Mishawaka, St. Joseph Co., IN. He married a second time to Twila M. in 1935. No children to this marriage. Minnie Marie Bishop Miller died December, 1987, in Auburn, DeKalb Co., IN.

      The children of Milan Orville Miller and Minnie Marie Bishop were:

      I-8-l-3-l Floyd Earl Miller, born 24 August 1918 in Auburn, DeKalb Co., IN; married, date unknown, Mable L.Surfus. Floyd L. Miller was a mechanic. Floyd died 28 November 1973 in Auburn, IN.
