Notes |
- He was "shocked" by a mining accident in England when he was 13-14 years old. His heart trouble became evident at that time and he died at the age of 27. This is according to Mary Judith Voinski Juliano 's book in the Lackawanna County heritage series.
His son Eddy was born out of wedlock with Elizabeth Fitzsimmons. Although he was single at the time, Stephen declined to marry her for unknown reasons and later married Agnes Middleton by whom he had one da ughter.
