- Richard Joseph Duseau III was found unconscious on May 22, 1971 on the front lawn of his father's house at 220 lasalle St., Toledo, OH. He had sustained a head wound by a piece of metal, a cap for a pipe, embedded in his skull. He died 13 days later, on June 4, 1971, without regaining consciousness, at Maumee Valley Hospital. The circumstances of his death are still a mystery to this day according to his father and his sister Renata.
Richard was a freshman at Bowsher High School, Toledo, OH, and had gone to Heather Downs Elementary School. He delivered The Toledo Times in the Southland Shopping Center area. He was 15 at the time of his death. (Toeldo Blade, obituary, 6/6/1971)
